How do I takedown a track, EP or album?

You can easily remove music from a digital service provider (DSP), a process known as a takedown, directly through the LabelGrid platform. To initiate a takedown, simply find the release you want to remove and follow the takedown options available within LabelGrid.

Please note that while LabelGrid processes takedown requests swiftly, it may take several days for the DSPs to respond and fully remove the content from their platforms.

To takedown your release, follow these steps:

• Navigate to Catalog > Releases in your LabelGrid dashboard.

• Press edit.

• Head to outlets

• Deselect the DSP that requires takedown.
