Amazon Mapping Issues

If Amazon has mapped your artist to the incorrect profile, you’ll need to report the issue to Amazon Music for Artists.

To do that:

  • Go to Amazon Music for Artists

  • Click Get Started, then click Get Started again.

  • Sign in to your Amazon account (TIP: if you have multiple Amazon accounts use the account you used to claim your artist profile, otherwise use the account profile you intend to claim your artist profile with)

  • Once signed in, click User Settings > Report Issue.

  • Complete the form and click submit.

Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for changes to appear on Amazon.com after submission.
