Fake plays and artificial streaming fraud

Our streaming partners, like Spotify, Apple and other DSPs, are heavily monitoring suspicious activity and building new tools to combat this problem. They also send distributors, like LabelGrid, regular reports on the content they have flagged. On receiving this data, LabelGrid shares the reports with their customers.

Buying fake plays or engaging in artificial streaming is strictly prohibited by LabelGrid. If one of our partners sends LabelGrid a report highlighting streaming fraud, LabelGrid may suspend your account as per TOS and content guidelines. LabelGrid may also suspend your account if unusual streaming behaviour is detected within a short period. LabelGrid or DSPs may take down your content from DSPs at any time at their discretion.
