The Track View feature in LabelGrid provides users with a comprehensive overview of track information.

  1. Navigate to the Catalogue:

    • Log in to your LabelGrid account.

    • In the main navigation, click on Catalogue.

  2. Access the Tracks Section:

    • From the sub-menu, select Tracks to view all the tracks associated with your releases.

  3. View track:

    • Locate the track for which you want to view

    • View the Actions Menu (Far right column) on the track row.

    • Select View Detail from the menu.

Why it’s useful:

 

  1. Centralized Track Information: Users can view all essential details about their track, including title, artists, and copyright status, all in one place.

  1. Revenue Splits Transparency: The Splits tab displays how revenue is shared among various collaborators associated with the release. This clarity helps ensure that all parties understand their share and entitlements.

  1. Accurate Metadata Management: Users can directly verify metadata such as ISRC codes and composition types within the interface.

  2. Explicit Content Identification: The Track View allows users to quickly identify whether a track contains explicit content, which is significant for meeting DSP guidelines and audience expectations.

  3. Copyright Details: Including copyright and composition information helps safeguard the rights of artists and labels, ensuring proper attribution and legal compliance when distributing music.
